TreeTops is a small community in northwest Hillsborough County, adjacent to Westchase. West Park Village, a Westchase neighborhood that features shopping and dining, is within a two-minute drive.

A total of 60 homes are being built in three phases and slightly more than half of the homes face a 25-acre lake within the community.

The homesites are large, the smallest measuring 90 by 150 feet. Every home in the community offers at least 3,000 square feet of living space.
