Stillwater Located in Northwest Tampa, Stillwater is a small community close to the Veteran's Expressway.

Homes are situated on 114 acres of land surrounded by water and conservation land.

Forty-eight homes are located in the planned community and each one comes with one-to-four-acre lots. Immediately south of Stillwater is a 900-acre land preserve.
