The Reserve of Old Tampa Bay is a small community of expansive homes located off Memorial Highway near Old Tampa Bay. The gated community is about five minutes from International Plaza, 15 minutes from downtown Tampa and also has easy access to I-75 and bridges leading to St. Petersburg.

Nearby schools include Baycrest Elementary, Roland Park Middle and Alonso High schools as well as several private schools.

There are 34 lots in The Reserve, the majority of which have private docks; other lots share a dock but have individual boat slips.
