The Villa Rosa community is located in Lutz, north of Lutz-Lake Fern Road and the Cheval development, and between the Veteran's Expressway and Dale Mabry Highway.

Community amenities include playgrounds, tennis courts and ballfields. The Tournament Players Club championship golf course is just south of Villa Rosa.
